2009年,我省大蒜市场价格一改去年的低迷状态,一路上扬,目前市场价达到3.36元/公斤,比去年价格最低时增长了42倍,引起蒜农和众多消费者的关注。
据省农业厅市场信息处调查,受去年大蒜价格下跌影响,今年大蒜种植面积减幅较大。2006年大蒜市场价格一度达到6.12元/公斤。过高的市场价格提升了蒜农种蒜的积极性,导致 2007年大蒜面积同比增加10% ,产量同比增加8% ,由于国家对大蒜出口配额的减少,市场需求降低,致使2007年大蒜价格跌到 1.9元/公斤。再加上上年大蒜库存量大、金融危机等因素的叠加,2008年大蒜价格直线狂跌到0.08元/公斤。过低的价格严重挫伤了蒜农的信心,使2009年大蒜面积急剧减少,同比减少幅度在20% 以上。
